SHIPPING INFORMATION
We use the US Postal Service for all shipping. Delivery confirmation is included for all packages shipped in the priority mail envelopes. This way, if your order gets lost, it can be tracked through the USPS. If your order is a physically small item, for example, just a pattern or a pack of needles or a pattern, we can mail this with stamps on an envelope. We will adjust shipping charges on your order to reflect this decreased cost. These small items do not have delivery confirmation.
WITHIN THE UNITED STATES: All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. The USPS estimates delivery time to be 2-3 days. We can fit about 6 yards of cotton fabric (not flannel- it takes twice as much space) into an envelope. Please refer to the shipping charges table below.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: USPS Global Priority is used. Each envelope costs $12.00 and there is a strict weight limit of 4 pounds (which includes the weight of the envelope!). They usually hold about 6 yards of fabric and cannot be insured. Arrival time is 3-5 business days. For large orders, we will box these and ship at the actual cost, which varies according to country. We will edit your shipping charges once the order is received. For orders over $250, we share shipping charges with you. We do not ship to Nigeria.
SHIPPING TO CANADA: Rates are a little cheaper, each envelope costs $10.00. The same strict global weight limit of 4 pounds applies to each envelope.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR WINNERS OF VIRTUAL GIFT CERTIFICATES IN EITHER THE MALL CRAWL OR FAB SHOP-HOP: To use your winning certificate, just enter your certificate number on the comment box of our shopping cart page and we will deduct it from your order. Please note that virtual gift certificates are good only for merchandise; they cannot be used for shipping charges as the US Postal Service does not honor these!
IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH SHIPPING and have not received your order within a week, please email me at annssewingbasket@mac.com or use the contact button on our wesite here....i can track your package as all US packages have delivery confirmation on them. Non-US packages cannot be tracked.

*NO Returns/Refunds after 30 days.
*NO Returns without prior authorization - call 252-814-4003 for authorization number.
*NO Returns/Refunds on books, patterns, block of the month, quilt kits, videos, DVDs, embroidery CDs, computer software or other copyrighted materials as prohibited by law. There are no exceptions.
*A 20% restocking fee is charged for return of cut fabric.
*Shipping charges are not refundable.
